Desk Jockey Monthly Digital Services Agreement
1. Services. Desk Jockey provides the digital social-media services included in the client's selected package.
2. Month-to-Month Term. Services renew monthly. The client may cancel at any time before the next billing cycle. Cancellation stops future renewals and does not retroactively refund work already performed or a service period already started, except where required by law or agreed in writing.
3. Payment. The selected monthly fee is due before each service period begins. Desk Jockey is not required to begin or continue unpaid work.
4. Client Materials. The client provides accurate business information, logos, photos, raw video footage, offers, pricing, and other necessary assets and represents that it has permission to use them.
5. Account Access. When management is included, the client grants appropriate authorized access when available and retains ownership and control of its accounts.
6. Communications. Starter clients receive email support. Social Manager and Social Pro clients also receive virtual live assistance through Desk Jockey's designated Discord support channel.
7. Content & Revisions. Package limits apply each billing cycle. Work beyond the selected package may require an additional fee.
8. No Performance Guarantee. Desk Jockey does not guarantee followers, views, likes, leads, sales, revenue, or other platform results.
9. Platform Rules. Services are subject to third-party platform rules, outages, algorithm changes, account restrictions, and service interruptions outside Desk Jockey's control.
10. Cancellation. Either party may discontinue the month-to-month relationship. Cancellation before the next billing cycle prevents the next renewal.
